If something isn't right
Return terms depend on whether the product is BLB-owned stock, custom, or supplied by a partner brand.
BLB-owned in-stock products — 30 days from delivery
Eligible products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with applicable tags and packaging. Email us first with your order number. The customer is responsible for standard return shipping unless BLB shipped the incorrect product, the product arrived damaged, or another approved exception applies.
Custom, personalized and made-to-order BLB products
These products are final sale once production begins. Exceptions apply for a verified manufacturing defect, arrival damage, or a finished product that does not match the approved order specifications. They do not have a general 30-day return right.
Partner and Shopify Collective products
Supplier-specific return terms apply. Kinetic Arm's standard return or exchange window is 30 days from delivery, although Gently Used and Final Sale items may be excluded. Unused 9 STRAP return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days and require authorization. Used CamWood products may be excluded, and custom or personalized CamWood products may be final sale after production begins. Shot Collar and other partner terms vary by product. Manufacturer-specific return fees and conditions are not changed by BLB.
