Where is the Bush League Clubhouse?+
2130 Wards Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502. It sits on the Wards Rd corridor on the east side of Lynchburg, close to the libraries, schools and ballfields that keep families moving through the area.
What are your hours?+
Tuesday through Saturday, 10am–6pm. We're closed Sunday and Monday. Call (843) 991-1541 during Clubhouse hours, or email anytime — a person answers email here, usually within one business day.
Can I buy a glove in person, or is everything online?+
Online ordering at bushleaguebb.com is the most reliable way to see exactly what's available right now, because it reflects live inventory. If you want to talk through a fit before you buy — size, pocket, throwing hand, youth or high-school level — email or call and we'll walk you through it, or book a visit through the Clubhouse.
Do you build custom catcher's mitts and gloves?+
Yes. Custom gloves and mitts are built to your specifications and currently take about 6–8 weeks. We confirm your design and the current build window by email before anything moves forward. Start on the custom glove page, or send us your position, level and what you use now.
Do you break gloves in?+
Yes — the Mitt Master glove break-in service runs at the Clubhouse for baseball and softball gloves, catcher's mitts and first-base mitts. See the glove break-in page for current status, what to bring and how to get updates.
Can you outfit a team or program?+
Yes. Send your team name, rough player count, ages and what you need through the Team Sales page and we'll put a quote together. Out-of-town programs are welcome — a lot of our work ships.
Do you ship outside Lynchburg?+
Yes. In-stock Bush League products typically process and ship within 1–2 business days, and shipping is shown at checkout. Local pickup at the Clubhouse is available during open hours — just ask when you order.
Is there parking?+
Yes, there's parking at the Clubhouse on Wards Rd. If you're coming in with a glove to break in or a custom build to talk through, call ahead so someone can give you proper time.
