Pattern and size are matched to your position and your hand — not to a size chart average. Youth through adult.

Choose your web
Web style changes visibility, structure and how fast the ball comes out. Closed webs for pitchers and catchers, open patterns for infield transfer, deep patterns for the outfield.

Choose your leather & colors
Pro Kip as standard, Japan Kip as an upgrade. Then the colorway — shell, palm, web and back, each chosen separately.

Choose laces, welting & binding
The details that make a glove read as yours from the dugout. Lace color, welting and binding are all selected independently.

Personalization on the approved locations for your build.

Japan Kip leather
Upgrade from Pro Kip to Japan Kip: tighter grain, lighter feel, holds its shape as it breaks in. Selected in the leather step of the builder.
Flag
Add a flag to your build on the approved location for your pattern. Selected in the builder with your personalization, and priced live before you add to cart.

What to expect
No surprises after you pay.
Ordering
You build your spec in our configurator and check out through Shopify. Payment is taken at order, which is what puts your build in the queue.
- Every selection is shown back to you before you pay
- Checkout, payment and order records are handled by Shopify
- You get an emailed order confirmation with your full spec
Production estimate
Custom gloves currently take about 6–8 weeks from order to ship. The wait is real and it can vary with the queue and the leather — we confirm the current window by email after your order, and we tell you if it moves.
- Estimates are confirmed in writing after your order
- If the window moves, we tell you before you find out yourself
- Seasonal cutoffs (like Christmas) are posted at the top of the site
Communication
A real person reviews your spec. If anything about it worries us — a size that looks wrong for your age, a color pairing that won't produce well — we email you before we cut anything.

Shipping
Finished gloves are inspected, then shipped with tracking. You get the tracking number by email the day it goes out.

Custom product policies
A custom glove is made for one person, so it can't be resold. That changes the return rules and we'd rather you know now than at the end.
- Custom builds are final sale once production begins
- Exceptions apply for a verified manufacturing defect, arrival damage, or a finished product that does not match the approved order specifications
- Relacing and repair help is available after the sale
- Cancellations are possible only before we cut leather — email us immediately

Custom gloves, catcher's mitts and first base mitts
Custom gloves and mitts ordered by this date are scheduled to be built and delivered before Christmas. Orders placed after the cutoff are still welcome — we'll simply give you an honest delivery estimate before you buy.
