Size guide — measure your palm
Measure across your palm at the widest point, just below the knuckles, on your dominant hand.
| Palm width | Typical size |
|---|---|
| Under 2.75" | Youth Small |
| 2.75" – 3" | Youth Medium |
| 3" – 3.25" | Youth Large |
| 3.25" – 3.5" | Adult Small |
| 3.5" – 3.75" | Adult Medium |
| 3.75" – 4" | Adult Large |
| Over 4" | Adult XL |
Brands differ. When you're between two sizes, size down for a tighter feel and up if you dislike pressure across the knuckles.

Before you buy
Talent gets attention. Work ethic keeps you on the field.
The First One In. Last One Out. Tee represents the player who arrives before everybody else and is still working when everyone else is packing up.
The front captures the quiet part of baseball development: one athlete, one field, and the willingness to carry the load. The back finishes the story with the Bush League mentality:
LAST ONE OUT.
Because development doesn't happen when it's convenient.
This shirt is for the ballplayer who understands that somebody is always working. The goal is to make sure that somebody is you.
BLB Mindset: Arrive early. Leave better.
